Sheila is the founder of the Institute of Living Light Archives™ (ILLA) an educational body of work devoted to exploring the architecture of consciousness and the multidimensional nature of the human being. She is also the founder of the Living Light Archives™ courses, Soul Reconnection Technique™ healing modality, Spirit Way Ministries, Conscious Awakening Network and the co-author of Cosmic Convergence: Journeys of Walk-Ins, Starseeds and Hybrids, author of Walk-Ins: Cosmology of the Soul and contributing author to Anthology of Light Language. Her work bridges spiritual experience with structured frameworks that examine soul mechanics, dimensional awareness, density evolution, and the holographic body, offering practical models for understanding identity shifts, awakening processes, and embodied spiritual integration.
