The Soul Reconnection Technique™ (SRT) is a multidimensional healing modality that repatterns the energetic, neurological, and holographic templates of an individual. Working within the holographic field and nervous system, SRT helps clear energetic distortions, restore inner harmony, and realign individuals with their divine blueprint.
The process begins by identifying imprints and blocks within the holographic field (such as misaligned ley lines, trauma residues, or ancestral patterns) that may be stored in the cellular memory from past or current lives, lineages or karmic contracts. These are then gently cleared using light codes, vibrational frequencies, and focused intention, creating space for renewed clarity, coherence, and alignment.

The Soul Reconnection Technique™ (SRT) was transmitted to Sheila by three members of her Omnistream Collective — Ra, an Arcturian; Senia, an Angelic being; and Ooma, an Andromedan. These higher-dimensional guides, who later became known as Sheila’s SRT AAA Healing Team, entrusted her with this knowledge to assist in humanity’s awakening and transformation during this pivotal time on Earth. A core element of the Soul Reconnection Technique™ is the restoration of the body's energetic ley lines: horizontal pathways that transmit encoded information through the chakras and dimensions. SRT reattunes them with high-frequency light and vibrational alignment to rebuild the body’s multidimensional infrastructure. The nervous system is simultaneously recalibrated, shifting from survival states into grounded presence. Long-held emotional patterns, often linked to trauma, fear, or ancestral programming, are cleared, allowing the soul to reintegrate lost aspects of self with greater clarity, confidence, and coherence.
